8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm

The company is a UK-based manufacturer that specialises in designing and developing specialist chemicals. The company supply to a wide range of industries such as, aerospace, construction and automotive. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all activities involved in the purchasing process is carried out to the highest quality, in line with the company standards.
The role involves supervision of two purchasing staff, monitoring KPIs, responsible for all purchasing department activities, negotiation and stock management. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the purchasing department runs smoothly and effectively.

The Role:
* Purchasing Manager
* Management of Purchasing department
* Purchasing of all raw materials, packaging and miscellaneous items for both company sites.
* Updating the appropriate systems
Candidate Requirements:
* 5 years Purchasing / Management experience
* Chemical background experience
* ERP systems experience
