Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of an exciting, brand seeking an energetic, organised professional to manage their brand and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team and drive profitable growth within retailers
Key Responsibilities of the Brand Manager
- Oversee a dynamic team, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, managing processes meticulously.
- Drive traffic and sales to the website, focusing 70% on D2C channels and outputs.
- Manage marketing efforts including blog posts, emails, promo calendars, and ad production.
- Liaise with affiliates, influencers, and grocery account managers for campaign support.
- Contribute to brand partnerships, events, and PR initiatives.
- Balance strong project management with innovative ideas.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have experience selling direct to salons
-2-3 years of experience in a brand management role, preferably within retail or eCommerce.
- Strong digital media background, with experience in D2C and retail marketing.
- Proven ability to work with physical products and niche audiences.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Confident, personable, and able to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Package:
- £40k salary with growth opportunities.
- Autonomy in a challenger brand environment.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and be empowered to take charge.
- Office presence required 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
