Do you have experience in Customer Services or the Financial Services sector? Are you organised and able to multitask?
Our client, an award-winning investment and technology solutions firm, is looking for a Client Services Consultant to join their team. This client offers a fantastic training program, and they are very supportive of flexible working. The team are also very happy to consider any applicants seeking part time hours.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Providing excellent customer service on the phone, email and via web chats
* Answering queries regarding products, website, processes and investments
* Liaising with a number of internal departments to solve queries
* Liaising with clients and third party providers
* Performing various administrative tasks
Your skills:
* Experience in Customer Service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
