Digital Marketing Graduate
Circa starting salary £25,000
We are looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy graduate to assist with and help develop the day-to-day running of multiple companies and different brands who are all part of the same investment group.
The main focus of the role will be to work on the online and social media presence of the companies. Based primarily within the Group Head Offices in Livingston with a day or two per week homeworking offered, this exciting role will include:
Social Media Management
- Manage & maintain social media profiles
- Schedule, publish posts, and monitor engagement
- Respond to comments and messages to build relationships and brand loyalty whilst driving engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Email Marketing
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns to promote product offerings
- Manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyse campaign performance.
Website Content Management
- Manage the day-to-day running of websites.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy to assist in proof reading & copywriting of new product listings.
- Content management and upload including product listing pages and blogs
- Ensure that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate including pricing.
- Utilise SEO strategy to optimise product listing visibility and search ranking.
Customer & Provider Engagement
- Engage with customers and providers to build relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience online.
The person needed:
* You will be a determined and ambitious recent Digital Marketing (or related discipline) graduate, keen to join a thriving group who are involved with multiple companies.
* You are a self-starter and love to keep busy; your natural instinct is to ask for ’more to do’
* You are smart, confident, well organised and hungry to ’get stuff done’. You are a real people person
* You are in your element on all social media platforms and on top of new features and new rules
* You preferably have some experience managing content plans and paid for digital media plans
* You enjoy writing and are literate and imaginative
* You have an eye for detail and an eye for design
