Job Description:
Reed HR is seeking an HR practitioner for a valued client, offering hybrid work from London offices with occasional UK travel. The position is an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role requires a manager with a track record in organisational change and project management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Group and the Director of Safeguarding, leading the HR processes for the new Safeguarding team’s structure.
The appointee will be the initial contact for safeguarding issues within their region. The client is transitioning to a unified safeguarding service, integrated with the broader team.
As HR Implementation Manager, you will ensure timely completion of HR processes, compliant with employment law and HR best practices. Responsibilities include reviewing current safeguarding employment arrangements, leading HR processes for the new structure, and analysing employment terms for consultation areas, adhering to TUPE regulations.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. A commitment to prioritizing people in this change initiative is essential. You will establish and sustain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including top leaders, to facilitate a smooth transition to the new structure.
