Financial Accounting Manager

Contract:
Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location:
Hybrid to Northampton
Salary:
£55,000 - 65,000, depending on experience
MAIN OBJECTIVES

Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting processes with the organisation. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

* Strong technical experience ideally gained in practice; ACA / ACCA qualified with two years’ post-qualification industry experience.
* Dynamic, creative individual comfortable working with autonomy and responsibility.
* Ability to work effectively and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to excel within a fast-paced creative and growing environment.
* Knowledge of Sage 200 / SAP By Design.
* Experience of change management within a finance function and ideally experience of process automation.
