Head Dental Nurse

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Dental Nurse to join their professional team. Key Responsibilities:
* Confidently lead the dental nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
* Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
* Manage and maintain clinical areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate the scheduling and management of patient appointments.
* Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the dental practice.
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage stock levels of clinical supplies.
* Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure smooth running of the practice as well as always looking for improvement.
Requirements:
* Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid GDC registration.
* Proven experience of leadership within a practice setting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A proactive and positive attitude towards patient care and team management.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
