Futures Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Pensions Analyst based in Chichester for our client who is a prominent player in the employee benefit and pension market they are expanding their team and are looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Analyst to join them on a full-time basis.
As the Senior Pensions Analyst, you will lead on quality service control, main company standard and take on the role of implementing best practices within the company. You will play a pivotal part of service delivery to clients ensuring that they receive relevant information, enabling them to understand their benefits and make informed decisions.
In return you will be offered a full-time position with a salary DOE of £30,000 - £40,000 , this is a great opportunity to work in a forward-thinking company that encourages learning and

Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships, review complex tasks, and coach junior team members.

- Leading on process improvement for clients and undertaking quality control calculation reviews on

the team’s work. 

- Drive process improvement, ensure quality, and handle errors, omissions, and complaints.

- Prepare reports for clients, regulators, and Trustee boards.
Experience and Skills:

- Pension administration experience with process improvement and complex task handling.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritise, work in a team

- Holding a relevant professional qualification is desirable
