Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Sales Manager who’s as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7.30am- 5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm.
Location: Depot Approach, Cricklewood Broadway, Cricklewood, NW2 3DY
Key Responsibilities
* Find and develop new business via cold calling, lead follow ups, and general customer interaction

* Support customers with the on-boarding of their new account, ensuring that they start and continue to spend

* Target dormant & lapsed accounts to reactivate them

* Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability

* Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customer’s needs

* Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure that all opportunities are leveraged

* When on site must comply with all EHS policies and procedures

Required Skills and Experience
* Strong direct sales skills and commercial focus

* Current knowledge of building materials and of the current construction market would be beneficial to the role

* Proven experience in customer facing business and a proactive sales and customer focused environment delivering results.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; written, phone and face to face.
