As the Senior Merchandising Manager / Head of Merchandising, you will identify ways to maximise sales, managing a small team of merchandisers. You will be dynamic and leading the team you will control the stock, own trade,ecom & retail planning and more.

* Delivering the business plan for 2025
* Stock control across multiple platforms
* Forecasting at topline level
* Trading all channels to deliver business KPI’s
* Insights and analysis - understanding the current trading landscape as well as economic and social trends in the industry
* Range management- ensuring a balanced and commercial option plan is delivered
* Pricing strategy
* WSSI and OTB management
* Building and maintaining strong working relations with all of our partners
* New business set up and implementation of new processes to deliver growth,demonstrating commercial vision for the brand.
