Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and international experience to join their esteemed Private Client team. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of private client work, predominantly for individuals with international connections. Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on pre-immigration tax planning
* Managing the remittance basis of taxation and statutory resident test
* Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals
* Global asset structuring and succession planning
* Family governance for international families
* Advising on the UK tax treatment of investments in the UK, including UK property holding structures
* Handling offshore trust, estate planning, and related tax and fiduciary work
Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years PQE Solicitor with substantial experience in international private client work
* Strong technical knowledge and expertise in tax and estate planning for international clients
* Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, ambitious, and organised, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong client relationship management skills
