Key responsibilities in the position of CRM Manager
* Lead CRM Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer retention, engagement, and loyalty across all channels.
* Innovative Campaigns: Utilise Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Mention Me, and SMS to create personalised, impactful marketing campaigns.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse customer data and behaviours to optimise communication strategies and improve customer lifetime value.
* Cross-Channel Integration: Seamlessly integrate email, SMS, referral programs, and other touch points to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
* Customer Insights: Gather and interpret customer feedback and data to refine the brand’s approach and drive continuous improvement.
