Stock Control Planner - Working for a leading Retail company based in Coventry - Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus outstanding company benefits!
Job profile:
Stock Control
Create weekly demand forecasts by product by UK Retailer.
Monthly analysis of weekly demand forecasts.
Create supplier order forecast by product.
Forecasting promotional volumes and tracking uplifts.
Weekly sales analysis and adhoc analysis for the Commercial team.
Update planning sheets to track stock levels, customer forecasts and inbound supplier orders.
Raising purchase orders with suppliers and planning inbound load volumes.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and 3rd party warehouses on stock issues.
Liaise with customers on forward forecasts.
Track and manage product packaging with the suppliers.
Create order and delivery plans for seasonal lines.
Sales Order Processing.
Supporting the Stock Control Administrator with independent customer order processing & EDI orders
Stock Reconciliation.
Ensure stock figures held on internal MRP system are aligned with 3rd Party Warehouse stock systems
Person profile:
Previous experience of working within a supply chain environment with the UK Retailers.
Excellent attention to detail and conscientious.
Microsoft Excel skills/experience is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
Methodical and organised way of working required.
Comfortable working as part of a small team or under own initiative.
Experience using Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
