Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Whissendine, Rutland
Term: 1 month
Rate: £12-£15 PH
Hours : 8.30 -4.30
The Role:
* Warmly greet all employees and visitors upon arrival.
* Clearly communicate and explain company policies and procedures to staff.
* Record details such as time of entry, vehicle information, purpose of visit, and other relevant information.
* Prepare and submit a detailed report at the end of each day.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal staff
* Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanour even in challenging situations.
* Able to ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented and followed up as needed.
* Can work effectively with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues and improve customer service
