We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team Our client, a fabulous fashion organisation are seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquires and queries.
Duties include but are not limited to -
* Placing telephone mail orders for customers
* Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
* Looking up stock for customer requests
* Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
* Knowledge of all product lines
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS
* Monday - Friday and 1 in every three weekends
* WEEKEND REMOTE
* 60% office based/ 40% WFH
* Shifts ranging between 8:00am - 9:30 pm
* 37.5 hours per week
* 3 - 6 month CONTRACT
* South East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE
