What will I be doing?
A brief overview of the day to day:
* Ensure all staff company with all policies and procedures, government regulations and health & safety rules.
* Continuously assess your staff against an identified performance criteria, address issues of both performance and conduct and follow the companies HR policies.
* Manage KPI’s to meet contractual terms and internal expectations.
* Actively work to improve the overall performance, efficiency and productivity of the team.
What do you need?
* An established background in warehouse shift management.
* Ability to create an excellent working environment and implement long -term improvements.
* Proactivity to strive for continuous high performance.
