Job Description:
Payroll Manager - 12-Month FTC - Remote - Up to £65kOverview: Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in a dynamic, international environment? Join our clients team as a Payroll Manager and oversee payroll operations across 27 countries in the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. Ensure accuracy and compliance while making a significant impact on our global operations.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead Team: Supervise a payroll team of 4 staff.
* Manage Payroll: Oversee payroll processing for UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.
* Resolve Issues: Address escalated payroll queries within 24 hours.
* Year-End Filings: Manage year-end tax filings and pension schemes.
* Support Finance: Assist with payroll reconciliations.
* Ensure Compliance: Maintain GDPR and SOX compliance.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong corporate relationships.
* Drive Improvements: Implement new technologies for process enhancement.
Qualifications: * Education: Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably CIPP certified.
* Experience: 4-5 years in payroll, with international experience and team leadership.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Safeguard, ADP Streamline, and WORKDAY systems.
Skills: * Analytical: Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies.
