We are partnering with a growing gift and beauty company, renowned for their innovative, trend-led, commercial products. As they continue to expand their global presence, they are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to work closely with their Sales Director, to lead and maximise their business operations in the USA.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving growth and success in a pivotal market.

Duties in this Senior Account Manager role: * Manage and grow the company’s business in the USA, working closely with their existing rep group companies and direct retail partners.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to help them achieve sales targets and maximise their revenue.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential retail partners to expand market reach.
* Work towards and exceed your personal sales target, ensuring you have a healthy pipeline, and all opportunities are maximised.
* Provide regular market feedback and insights to the company to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Experience Required: * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
* Experience working directly with rep groups in the USA.
* Strong understanding of the beauty and/or gift market, with existing relationships in the industry preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
