Job Description:
DIRECTOR OF DATA
Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site in the Leceister and London office (travel to both required)
Up to £170k plus great benefits
The Company:
Joining the UK’s largest discount provider to the UK public sector. They provide the best memberships and discounts to Emergency service employees. The business has grown rapidly over the past few years with lots of investment so they are looking for a Director of Data to drive data initiatives throughout the wider business.
The Role:
As a Director of Data, you will be responsible for:
- Building and delivering data strategies to drive the business
- Provide strategic direction and vision to internal teams
- Deploying predictive models to develop customer personalisation
- Managing a team by training and development
- Working closely with C-Suite stakeholders to role out data initiatives within the business
Skills/Requirements:
- Experience building out new data strategies
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Retail / E-commerce background is ideal
- Worked in B2C
