As a MEP Revit Technician your key responsibilities will be: * Digital Engineering: Create innovative and robust digital engineering solutions for complex construction projects.
* BIM Project Delivery: Produce detailed, coordinated service models accurately and collaborate with the MEP team to deliver quality BIM projects to agreed deadlines.
* Advanced Revit Techniques: Advise and guide on planning and management of advanced Revit techniques.
* Quality Control: Ensure the quality control of BIM models, associated drawings, schedules, and other documents.
* Project Reviews: Review project BIM BEP’s and EIR’s to meet requirements.
* BIM Community Engagement: Engage with the companie’s wider BIM community.
* System Development: Assist in developing systems and procedures for effective BIM management.
* Concept Development: Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details with a strong understanding of engineering practices.
I am seeking the following skills & experience: * Revit Expertise: Proficient with Autodesk Revit MEP software.
* Communication Skills: Effective and flexible communication skills with experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
* Proactive Learning: A proactive approach to your own learning and technical development.
* Creative Mindset: A creative mindset that challenges the traditional ways of working.
* Digital Design Tools: Interest in digital design tools and scripting to improve efficiency and workflows.
* Navisworks/Dynamo Knowledge: Experience and awareness of Navisworks and/or Dynamo would be highly advantageous.
* Educational Background: Ideally HNC, HND, or BEng in a relevant discipline.

This position of MEP Revit Technician is offering a basic salary ranging between £38000 and £43000 per annum plus all of the folllowing benefits:

* Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, exclusive of Bank Holidays.
