Financial Planner | Social Housing | North West | Hybrid Working  

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with a well establish Housing Association based in the North West to recruit a Financial Planner. You will be working within an excellent team and adding valuable information towards strategic decisions. 
Role

As Financial Planner you will lead the treasury team to deliver strategy and manage risks, while also producing and updating the 30 year business plan. 
* Developing a robust Treasury policies and procedures delivering cash flow forecasting and a robust treasury risk management control environment
* Leading, developing and maintaining the Group’s Long Term financial plans conducting sensitivity analysis and stress testing ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Maintaining strong relationships with funders, investors, regulators and other external stakeholders including HMRC
* Leading on cashflow forecast to ensure long term liquidity
* Leading the organisation’s treasury and tax functions ensuring there is a robust system for the monitoring and reporting of investment, funding and treasury activity
* Developing solutions to any planning, treasury or banking issues which arise
The person;
* ACA/ACCA/CIPFA/CIMA qualification is desirable but not essential
* Strong financial modelling skills and systems knowledge
* Experience of improving accounting processes
