Are you an experienced AV Specialist looking for a rewarding new position?
In this exciting Audio Visual Specialist role, you will be working for a global law firm in London, specialising in meeting room and conferencing technologies.
You will be helping to deliver support for the AV functions and meeting room technologies whilst working closely with the on-site IT support team.
This role offers you the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week, giving you that all important work/life balance.
Key duties:
* Provide professional, high-quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment
* Assist in connecting external events and conferencing platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Webex, Skype, and others.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and develop regular checklists to ensure the smooth operation of meeting and conference platforms.
* Provide onsite support for new room device commissioning
Required skills:
* 3+ years’ experience in an AV Support role within a professional services firm e.g. Legal, Financial Services, Insurance
* Avixa CTS certification
* Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
* Motivated and enthusiastic
