Are you a Fullstack Developer looking for more freedom in your role?
My client is looking for Fullstack Developer experienced with Node.js and React.js. They are an up-and-coming start-up revolutionising the property investment landscape with a cutting-edge search engine tool. You will play a pivotal role in their ongoing success and growth, joining a close-knit team where your contributions are valued and can directly impact the success of the company.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, gaining insights from an experienced developer, and enjoy a flexible, fully remote work environment.
What you’ll get:
* £40-50k annual salary depending on experience.
* 30 days holiday.
* 5% pension contribution.
* Fully remote and flexible working.
* The opportunity to play a vital part in the growth of a successful start-up.
What you’ll be doing:
* Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
* Manage and optimise databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and the overall direction of the product.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the tech stack.
* Potentially work with cloud technologies, enhancing our platform’s capabilities (any exposure to cloud tech is a plus).
What you’ll need:
* Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
* Strong experience with Node.js and React.js.
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Any experience with cloud technology will be beneficial.
* A passion for learning and growing within a start-up environment.
