We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will learn the ropes under the guidance of our experienced Mortgage Advisors and will be given the opportunity to contribute directly to our client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Mortgage Advisors in client meetings
Learning all aspects of mortgage products and regulations
Keeping up to date with current market conditions and mortgage industry developments
Helping clients understand the different types of mortgages and home loans
Developing a basic understanding of the home loan approval process
Assisting with the preparation and processing of mortgage applications
Upholding the highest standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
Strong interest in the finance and real estate industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
No previous experience in a similar role required, as full training will be provided
