We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Damage Fulfilment individual to join our clients growing but already well established business. As an employee focussed organisation they are always looking to further develop their staff by providing them with industry related qualifications or further support & training from within.
Vehicle Damage Fulfiment Responsibilities:
* Assessments on the roadworthiness of client’s vehicle.
* Allocation of repairers - determining that the allocated repairer is suitable for the claimant’s vehicle and ensuring all parties are aware of the repair process.
* Liaising with engineers - chasing completed reports to and querying settlement valuations and repair estimates.
* Ensure repair authorities are provided promptly and repair periods are effectively managed.
* Managing repair complaints - liaising with all parties to gather evidence to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution.
* Total-loss valuation disputes - providing support and insight into total-loss disputes
* Provide administrative oversight for the salvage process including the management of salvage payment and auction results.
* Maintain, build and manage our repair network, developing and maintaining relationships with repairers and other stakeholders
* Work as part of the whole team and assist with answering calls and with diaries when required.
