Job Description:
Agility Eco are recruiting for Head of Change to join the team in either Aylesbury or Sutton.  We are a growth business, and we urgently need to implement a new systems platform to bring greater consistency, control and efficiency to how the business runs. Going forward, change will become a fact of life given how fast the business is evolving. It is essential therefore to build a capability to plan for and execute change successfully.
The Head of Change is responsible for the successful execution of ’Project Nova’, and in the process, also establishing the necessary change management processes and capabilities to serve the business going forward.
All four AgilityEco business units are growing and evolving their propositions to suit the needs of new clients and use cases. There is a need to develop processes in the business for new change to be specified, evaluated, prioritised and sequenced.
The internal team will also be responsible for ownership of change through the delivery lifecycle and for ensuring that it is deployed successfully, working with the central M Group Services IT who are responsible for delivery.
’Project Nova’
Will upgrade the IT estate of AgilityEco: putting in place digital, web, telephony, ERP (enterprise resource planning) IT systems to provide the right footing for growth across the four business units. We expect this will deliver:

What you’ll be doing: * Lead or coordinate implementation of change activities, including: * Transformation * Understanding the strategic priorities of the business and working with business users to shape technology and process solutions which will drive the business forward

* Change planning * Ownership of AgilityEco change backlog, priorities and sequencing
* Central communications on AgilityEco Change Plan, securing ownership and engagement in delivery.

* Business Readiness & Deployment * Ownership of change deployment plans
* Coordinating business readiness activities including testing and acceptance, Go-No-Go, deployment and cutover planning, user training
* Risk and issues management and contingency planning

* Business Case and Benefits Realisation: * Working with business owners, sponsor and finance to specify the costs and benefits of changes, to flow into the business case
* Facilitate post implementation evaluation of benefits and lessons learned including establishing appropriate metrics and reporting
* Measure success of change activities by reference to a set of change KPIs

* Change & Continuous Improvement * Support growth in “change” capability in the business
* Encourage and facilitate business improvement initiatives and continuous improvement mindset
* Assess effectiveness of change management activities and refine approach as appropriate


What we need from you: * 10+ years in change management delivery, with a strong understanding of business change management methodologies and best practices
* Experience in delivering large scale change initiatives

* Data driven

* Experience working in a services organisation

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with certification in a waterfall and agile methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, ACP, etc.
