THE FIRM:
This regional law firm has a number of offices throughout the South East and is growing its busy Private Client departments across all offices. The appointed Partner will manage and be supported by a team of fee earners, trainees and support staff, and will run a varied caseload of Private Client matters.

THE ROLE:
The firm has a thriving Private Client practice and offers a broad range of Private Client law services including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, Power of Attorney and inheritance disputes.

As Partner you will be responsible for:
• managing a full caseload of Private Client matters,
• supervising junior fee earners and trainees,
• collaborating with the Partners and fee earners across the firm’s offices, and
• business development and team management.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will currently be a Partner or will have a sufficient level of experience to take the step into a role as Partner.

You will have:
• experience across the full spectrum of Private Client work,
• experience of, or a willingness to, supervise junior fee earners and trainees,
• the STEP qualification, or a willingness to, work towards this, and
• effective time management, organisation, case management and communication skills.
