Senior Portfolio Property Manager

Job Role Summary:
They are seeking an experienced property manager to join their Portfolio Management team in managing residential properties for institutional and high net worth clients. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining properties to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing operations, maintenance, and client relations.
* Develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and schedules.
* Maintain accurate records and financial reports for the property portfolio.
* Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance measures.
* Respond to resident inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs.
* Monitor and report on property performance to portfolio clients.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in portfolio management (managing multiple properties for one landlord)
* Sound knowledge of the AST Housing Act.
* Ideally ARLA Qualified to Level 3 or IRPM, or working towards.
Package:
* Competitive salary range of £35k - £45k, dependent on experience.
