Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-oriented Business Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Your knowledge of hotels and hospitality will be essential in providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
- Provide recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel options
- Research and stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel bookings
- Collaborate with travel partners to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients
- Process payments and ensure accurate documentation of all travel bookings
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a BusinessTravel Consultant or in a similar role is preferred
-Fully proficient in Galileo GDS & Evolvi Rail booking systems
- Strong knowledge of hotels and hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be paid.
