Person Specification
* Have an enthusiastic interest in learning and developing a career within production
* The role is open to any applicants of varying levels of experience as training will be provided
* Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
* Problem solving
* Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards.
* Be professional and process a polite and positive attitude.
Duties
* Operating manufacturing machines
* Load and unload finished products
* Labelling finished products
* To carry out additional related duties as directed by the Line Manager
* Work towards meeting production based targets
* Carries out duties independently
* Quality checking products
* Adheres to the companies policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively on-site, including passing on information to relevant departments if/when necessary.
SHIFTS:
Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available
PAY RATE:
£11.44 - £14
