Job Description:
Reed HR are working with a Private Sector company based in Central London to recruit a Recruitment Partner on an interim basis for a period of up to 3 months. Pay rate will be deemed Inside IR35 at circa £250 - £300 per day via Umbrella. This job will work on the hybrid working model, with 4 days based in the office and the rest from home each week.
This job is an end-to-end Recruitment Manager role where the successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers across the business, providing support on the full recruitment life cycle
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows: 
* Build relationships with hiring managers and act as first point of contact for any and all recruitment-based queries.
* Support managers on the full recruitment cycle, from qualifying vacancies with them, advertising roles, shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, attending interviews if required, through to offer stage.
* Provide support with onboarding any successful candidates
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure the right talent is attracted.
* Update and review job descriptions for any and all roles as required
* Undertake any additional adhoc duties or projects as required
This is a professional and demanding Recruitment Manager job, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within an end-to-end Recruitment capacity previously, ideally where you have recruited for a volume of vacancies at all levels within a business.
