Office Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with exceptional administration skills with a strong Office Management background? Are you looking to join a dynamic and award-winning recruitment agency?
Forward Role is a leading Recruitment Agency, we are seeking an Office Manager to join our friendly team based in our office in Manchester City Centre.
As Office Manager, you will be integral to the business working as an extension to the directors as part of the Business Support team.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Office Manager Responsibilities
As the Office Manager some of your main duties will include:
* Be the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and any office related queries.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office including managing the office supplies, goods, and services.
* Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with external suppliers for services.
* You will be an integral part of our office culture, organising our internal and external events, incentive trips and charity fundraisers.
* You will be responsible for organising industry events and networking sessions, primarily across Manchester.
* Managing employee wellbeing – you will lead on the management of employee well-being
* Being the health and safety lead
* Broad knowledge of business departments and their functions, contract negotiation and budgeting.
* Provide administrative support to the board directors, including organising travel and accommodation, minute taking and writing.
Office Manager Experience & Skill Requirements
Required
* Experience in office and facilities management
* Experience of front of house/reception duties (or client facing roles such as contact centre or hospitality).
* Excellent telephone and personal manner, common sense and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a wide range of people from within the business and outside the organization.
* Ability to work autonomously as required as well as effectively as part of a team.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Advanced use of Office suite and other technology systems.
Advantageous
* Experience with creating reports, particularly with sales KPI data
* Personal Assistant experience with Senior Directors
* Experience in managing an operational budget
* Experience within the Recruitment industry
Office Days: Minimum of 3 days a week plus ADHOC days for events
