A Real-Estate market leader is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting and Analysis Accountant. The business is focused on their development within the Real Estate space as they continue to explore new ventures, with passionate and dedicated team.
Based in the heart of London on a hybrid basis. This is a newly created role as the business continue to expand. The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial planning and reporting of the organisation. This is a broad, all-encompassing role and they are keen to have a proactive self-starter with strong excel skills.
Core Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the preparation of quarterly and year-end management accounts
* Key point of contact for auditors, being on hand to answer any queries
* Assist with the annual budgeting process including posting budget journals and supporting budget holders
* Business Partner with various departments including IT and HR to help improve processes, increasing efficiency for the business
* Responsible for the preparation of cash flow and cash flow budgets
Key Skills and Experience required:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
* Extensive knowledge of IFRS including FRS102
* Experience preparing management accounts and financial statements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
