A Part Time Finance Assistant is needed to provide support to the Accounting & Finance team in a not-for-profit organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the department’s financial operations.

* Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports
* Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
* Supporting the team in budgeting and forecasting activities
* Processing invoices and expense claims
* Assisting in the year-end audit process
* Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team
* Ensuring financial information is confidential and secure
* Participating in finance department meetings and projects
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
* Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
