A Global Logistics organisation are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Tilbury.

Responsiibilities;
* Speaking with agents and customers on the phone
* Providing quotations to customers and agents.
* Booking new shipments.
* Liaising with agents and customers.
* Managing cross-trade shipments.
* Handling invoicing.

Skills Required;
* Experience working within global freight forwarding
* Seafreight, airfreight and road freight experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Dynamic team player
