Job Description:
Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an eager and professional Facilities Assistant for one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. The role will be working in a small Facilities team, actively supporting the firm’s office by assisting in day-to-day operations.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Maintaining office and stationary supplies.
* Handling and distributing incoming post.
* Assist with new joiner and temporary set ups.
* Respond to general maintenance requests.
* Assist with office moves.
* Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
* Occasionally assist with reception duties.
Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and have a minimum of two years of facilities experience in a professional services environment.
