This is a fantastic opportunity for you, a Catalogue Data Manager / Catalogue Manager, to join a leading organisation in Basingstoke.
As the Catalogue Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising data catalogues, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve data management practices, with a focus on catalogue integrity and usability.
Key Duties for the Catalogue Data Manager / Catalogue Manager:
* Develop and maintain data catalogues, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance catalogue management practices.
* Conduct periodic audits of data catalogues to ensure data integrity and address discrepancies.
* Train and support users in understanding and utilising data catalogues effectively.
* Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

About you

In order to be successful in your application for the Catalogue Data Manager / Catalogue Manager, you should have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience with data catalogue tools and technologies.
* Proven experience in data catalogue management or a related role.
* Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
* Experience with data quality and data governance best practices.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Expert with Microsoft Office Suite
