Job Description:
CNC Machinist
Coleford-Double Days -Permanent - Fulltime-Competitive Salary DOE
The role:
* Set and operatea variety ofmodern and conventional machinery.
* Manufacturecomponents, working to drawings and specifications.
* Self-inspect components.
* Report any manufacturing errors to line manager so corrective action can be agreed
* Ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule
* Excellent attention to detail and possess the drive to learn and develop.
* Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.
* Positive attitude, good time keeping and a willingness to be flexible.
The Person:
* Motivated, highly organised, experienced CNC machinistwith a good understanding of machining principles.
* Understand and utilise Control systems.
* Experience setting upand runvarious machines including CNC and Manual.
* Read and understand technical drawings.
* Experience with Milling and turning techniques
