Zachary Daniels are excited to be supporting a fantastic, expanding retailer in recruiting an Area Manager to lead a cluster of stores within the fashion sector. This is an exciting role to have a direct impact on the performance and customer experience within the stores in the area.

Your Experience:
* Previous experience managing multiple sites/stores within a fashion environment
* Experience in working with company P&L reports
* Identifying trends within sales and communicating findings
* Clear communication to senior leadership teams
* Strong business acumen with a strategic focus
* Experience managing company projects
Key Responsibilities as an Area Manager:
* Making commercial decisions that benefit the stores inline with company guidance
* Drive retail sales and performance with your management team
* Recruit, induct and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
* Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
* You will be responsible for reviewing and engaging your colleagues in a set of service and sales based KPI’s
* The new Area Manager will put customer service and experience at the heart of everything you do daily.
* Development and coaching of your team, as well as regular reviews and objective planning
* Ability to empower the team to deliver ’sales though service’ on a face to face and consultative basis
* Hold performance reviews, develop individual performance and make your teams deliver exceptional results
