Assistant Care Manager
Chippenham
Permanent Position - 40hrs per week, flexibility required
Salary - £27,800 - £31,000 negotiable depending on skill set and experience.

In this rewarding role you will be caring for young people aged between 8 to 18 with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Job Responsibilities Will Include -
* Overseeing the day to day running of the care service
* Creating and managing the staff rota
* Creating and maintaining care plans
* Conducting quality assurance audits
* Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
To Succeed In This Role You Will Have The Following Skills -
* Strong leadership skills, promote a positive culture
* Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role
* Experience of supporting individuals and teams through the effective use of behavioural support
* Strong communication skills
* QCF Level 3 or equivalent achieved
* Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills
* A broad knowledge of learning disabilities
