Job Description:
RG Consultancy are working with a Legal firm in Manchester who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a medium sized team and report into the Financial Controller.
Duties include:
* Process and record all financial transactions.
* Administration of the purchase ledger
* Verification of purchase invoices by reference to purchase orders and delivery notes.
* Record incoming and outgoing invoices
* Conduct reconciliations of bank, petty cash accounts and client ledgers.
* Prepare and process working papers
* Bank Reconciliation
* Financial management reporting
Skills required:
* Purchase ledger experience would be an advantage for this role
* Legal experience would be an advantage
Benefits include:
