Job Description:
Our client is a well-established estate agency that is looking for a motivated and conscientious Lettings/Finance Administrator to join their team in Godalming. The ideal Lettings/Finance Administrator be highly organised and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all property management email enquiries and relevant telephone calls.
* Paying all contractor and office related invoices
* Managing HMRC, VAT and Waverley Borough Council payments.
* Liaising with the accountant to provide quarterly sales & lettings invoices and credit card statements.
* Paying the lettings and sales teams monthly salaries.
* Preparing and circulating monthly statements to the landlords.
* Paying the daily rentals received across to the landlords.
* Keeping track of rental arrears and liaising with both landlords and tenants as necessary.
* Managing the Sales, Lettings and Client bank accounts, keeping track of the income and outgoings.
* Updating and maintaining lettings and finance databases.
* Raising Invoices.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Strong IT proficiency particularly Microsoft Excel
* Excellent telephone manor
* Good attention to detail
* Effective communicator both orally and written
