This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join a leading housing association in East London. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounts payable, PO’s and invoice processing.

Description
* Manage and process invoices accurately and on time
* Ensure all invoices comply with financial policies and procedures
* Purchase Order experience
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Assist with monthly statements and reporting
* Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as required
* Continuously improve invoice processing systems and procedures
* Handle confidential information in a professional manner
Profile
A successful Invoice Clerk should have:
* A strong understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Open Accounts
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
