An exciting Opportunity to join a well respected Housing Association as their Leasehold Officer on a permanent basis
35 hours per week, working on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office per week which can be based in either Oxfordshire or Leicestershire
Salary £37,151 + £2,880 car allowance
Offering a unique shared ownership service directed at people with long term disabilities, the Leasehold Management Officer role involves maintaining management agreements & leases, leading on lease queries, overseeing the management of section 20 processes and leading on conveyancing matters.
Overseeing a Leasehold Assistant, and working closely with a team of Regional Housing Officers who manage the shared ownership properties.
the role covers the Midlands and the South of England and will involve working in some exciting partnerships and it is ideal for anyone who has skills that can engage with commissioners and organisations that align with our client’s objectives
