Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a outsourcing warehouse and logistics company in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to work from their site in Wrexham. 

For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:
* Salary up to £25,000 - £25,480 per annum
* Monday to Friday 8.00am till 5.00pm
* Permanent position
* Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension + Annual Bonus 
The role - Customer Service Administrator:
* Responsible for acting as a point of contact for the business and internal employees (warehouse and logistics staff)
* Processing customer orders
* Assisting with changes to orders at customer request 
* Support the office management team with administrative requests
* Manage email inbox for enquiries 
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator :
* Previous customer service experience gained from a manufacturing, logistics, production or supply chain environment - ESSENTIAL 
* Excellent organisation and communication skills - ESSENTIAL
* Order Processing experience - ESSENTIAL
Key skills or similar Job titles: Customer Service Administrator, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Executive
