LTF Recruitment are delighted to be seeking a Deputy Head Teacher for a well-known SEND School.
Due to expansion and company growth they now have an exciting new vacancy for a Deputy Head Teacher in their special school settings.
The successful candidate will be part of the schools Senior Leadership team, working closely with our Head of Schools and Heads of Area by providing dynamic and professional leadership and management to reflect the school’s vision, policy and practice.
They will also be responsible for developing and motivating staff, setting high expectations, embedding outstanding teaching and learning strategies and raising achievements for learners on the school roll.
To apply, you must have at least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role, ideally in an alternative educational setting.
You must have qualified teacher status, be able to demonstrate knowledge of statutory education frameworks including governance, OFSTED EIF and the SEND Code of Practice to a high level and be able to build, communicate and implement a shared vision across several settings.
