Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordnator to support their dynamic office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with facilities assistant to take a step up and further their career with more responsibility.
Role: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facilities department, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.
* Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance needs.
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
* Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
* Manage office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes.
* Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from staff and clients.
