Do you have the skills and dedication to support students with challenging behaviour?
At Accelerate Teaching, we are particularly looking for someone with a compassionate nature and can support on a full-time basis at a primary school in Bradford with behaviour management. You must have a resilient but calming approach to supporting pupils to ensure that you can allow them to reach their full potential.

Your primary focus will be to work closely with students who may face challenges in managing their behaviour. You will play a pivotal role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting their active participation in daily school life. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour.
* Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and confidence.
* Implementing individualised strategies and interventions to address specific needs.
* Assisting with classroom activities and helping students stay engaged in their learning.
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive network for students.

* A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to help them succeed.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
* An understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
* The willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student.
* Previous experience of working in a school or education-based environment with children.
