B2B Social Media Manager - Communications Agency
An exciting opportunity to build the social offering for a communications agency with clients across corporate (including B2B and corpsumer) and consumer sectors. If you’re passionate about crafting engaging content and driving organic growth, this role offers a unique chance to shape social media strategies and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop organic social strategies for b2b clients and content pillars for multiple platforms
* Generate detailed content briefs
* Analyse and report on channel traffic, growth, and performance
* Identify opportunities to optimize content and react to key trending moments on social media
* Collaborate on new business pitches, developing compelling social media proposals
* Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to the agency’s growth
Skills & Experience
* Excellent knowledge of social media practices across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other
* Minimum 4 years experience working at an agency in social media client facing roles
* Must have agency experience working with B2B clients in Social Media
* Critical thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
* Proven experience building and maintain client relationships and winning new business
* Track record of growing retaining social audiences
Location & Workplace Policy
* Location: Soho
* Hybrid working: 2 days WFH a week.
