About the business:

A superb new opportunity has arisen as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant at a highly successful full-service law firm. Located in Doncaster, this firm works with a variety of clients across the region. The full time, permanent position lends a chance to join a firm with a fantastic reputation, which is increasingly growing due to its success. The right candidate will be an ambitious individual, keen to become established within a superb administration ability.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Conveyancing Assistant

* Undertaking relevant searches
* Drafting legal contracts
* Liaising with clients and third parties.
* Arranging completions.
* Requesting Redemption Statements.
* Preparing and issuing complex Sale Contract Packs
* Identifying and obtaining missing documentation from a review of a file dealing with complex sale enquiries.
* Land Registry checks and applications.

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

* Experience within Conveyancing, ideally as an assistant is essential, ideally 12 months however 6 months+ encouraged to apply too.
* Strong attention detail
* Highly organised
* Strong telephone manner and customer service skills.
